Retail & Showroom Lighting

Track, magnetic and linear systems engineered for merchandising light: product that looks better under your light than under your competitor's — planned zone by zone, and repeatable across every store in a chain. Choose by zone role: narrow-beam accents for windows and feature walls, low-glare ambient for the sales floor, flattering 3000K for fitting rooms — CCT and CRI zoned per department. The solution serves chain retailers, showroom brands and shopfitting contractors.

From window display to back corridor

Retail light is zoning work: contrast where the merchandise is, comfort where the customer is, efficiency everywhere else.

How to choose retail lighting

Classify each zone by its job — selling, circulating or trying on — and the fixture family follows.

Specification tierBest forRecommended line

Tier examples follow the zone table above — CCT and CRI bins are frozen at mock-up approval and repeated across rollout stores.

What every solution ships with

Four deliverables, before the first container

The same four-document package as every AURELUX solution — tuned here for visual merchandising and multi-store rollout.

01

Product schedule

Zone-by-zone schedule with model, beam angle, CCT, finish and quantity — aligned to the store's fixture plan and display concept.

02

Photometric & Dialux

Dialux store layouts that show accent ratios and vertical illuminance on displays — the numbers merchandisers actually argue about.

03

Certification mapping

CE, UKCA, SASO IECEE + SABER, SAA — matched per destination from certified partner factories with certificate numbers and official database checks.

04

Delivery planning

Mock-up store first, then rollout batches per store format; mixed-SKU consolidated containers packed and labeled per store number.

Retail strengths

Where this solution earns its keep

Merchandising light engineering

  • Accent-to-ambient ratios and beam angles planned per display zone
  • Vertical illuminance on shelving and mannequins, not just floor lux
  • Dialux verification before a single fixture is ordered

CRI & color-temperature zoning

  • Per-department CCT plan: fashion, cosmetics, food, electronics
  • CRI 90+ bins held consistent across cluster factories
  • One finish standard so mixed-SKU orders still read as one store

Chain rollout kits

  • Standard kit per store format, adapted per site conditions
  • Mixed-SKU consolidated loading, packed per store number
  • Repeat orders hold the same bin, optic and finish across batches
Retail workflows

Mock-up store first, rollout after

Chain programs live or die on consistency. We build the first store as a mock-up: the lighting verified in Dialux, the CCT and CRI bins approved on real merchandise, the kit list frozen. Every store after that is a repeat order against a frozen schedule — same bins, same optics, same finish — loaded as mixed-SKU containers and packed per store number so site crews just unpack and hang.

Common questions

Retail sourcing FAQ

Can you light a mock-up store before we commit to the rollout?
That is our standard sequence. Samples (1-5 pcs per item, 7-14 days) go into your mock-up bay or first store; CCT, CRI and beam choices are approved on real merchandise; the kit is frozen and rollout stores repeat it exactly.
How do rollout pricing and MOQ work across many small stores?
Per-store quantities are small, but chain programs order in campaign waves, so the MOQ ladder (trial 100-200 pcs, bulk 500+ pcs per item) is met per wave, not per store. Wave pricing is quoted per format kit; trial orders are possible for the mock-up stage (illustrative — confirmed per contract).
Who owns the lighting layout and product schedule you produce?
You do. Schedules and Dialux layouts are prepared for your project under NDA, are not shared with other buyers, and remain yours whether or not the order proceeds.
