Yes — the approved sample is the reference standard. It is written into the order confirmation, and inline and pre-shipment inspections check production against it.

One standard is set at order confirmation — finish, color temperature, packaging, marking — and applied across every factory on the order. We inspect inline during production and again pre-shipment (AQL sampling), with a photo report per item before container loading.

Yes, and we encourage it for first orders. Our own pre-shipment inspection runs in parallel; if findings differ, goods are held until resolved.
