How does regional inquiry protection actually work?

When a buyer from your registered territory contacts us directly, we route the inquiry to you instead of quoting around you. Protection applies to the territories covered in the agreement — it is not a blanket exclusivity. How exclusivity itself is assessed is explained on the Dealer Program page.

What qualifies a distributor for free samples?

Illustrative prototype criteria: a verifiable business profile, an active lighting sales channel in your market, and either a trial order or a documented project pipeline. Qualified partners sample free; courier cost is collect.

Is exclusive distribution available?

Exclusivity is assessed case-by-case against committed annual purchase volume for the territory — evaluated per market, never granted automatically. We would rather grow a defensible territory slowly than sell an empty title.
