Inquiry & NDA

Send the target product, reference or drawing. We sign your NDA — or issue ours — before any design exchange.

Design & quotation

Engineering confirmation, OEM options and per-quantity quotation — typically within 3-5 working days for standard constructions.

Sampling · 7-14 days

First samples in 7-14 days, courier-tracked, revised until the golden sample is signed off by both sides.

Mass production · 25-40 days

25-40 days after deposit, with inline and pre-shipment inspection against the approved golden sample.

Custom development only works if the developed product cannot reappear in someone else's container next season. So the confidentiality terms are part of the order, not an afterthought.

OEM / ODM FAQ

Is there a sampling fee?

Standard-construction samples are free for qualified buyers (courier cost collect, illustrative). Custom development or new-tool sampling carries a fee — credited back at mass production above the agreed quantity.

Who owns the molds and tooling?

Tooling you pay for is your property — recorded in the order file and not used for other customers (illustrative). Factory-standard tooling remains with the producing factory.

How is my design protected after production starts?

The golden sample, BOM and drawings are archived against your order. Re-orders require your confirmation, and the design is not quoted to third parties — the NDA and the order file carry the obligation, not goodwill.

What MOQ applies to OEM orders?

Logo-only OEM follows the standard MOQ ladder: 100-200 pcs trial, 500 pcs+ bulk (illustrative). Structural customization is quoted per drawing, with MOQ set by tooling amortization.
